ROYAL DUTCH SHELL TO EXPLORE SHALE GAS FRACKING TECHNOLOGY IN SOUTH AFRICA

The Royal Dutch Shell is proposing to explore Shale Gas Fracking Technology in Karoo region South Africa. The country imports 70% of their crude oil needs and Shale Gas could introduce an energy revolution in the country with thousands of employs to be created.

Farms are oposing the Royal Dutch Shell proposals due to environmental concerns.
